So would you start taking the quercetin/bromelain daily as a matter of course or wait until you feel symptoms which for some of us higher risk folks might be too late? Also we have to start thinking about the upcoming flu season.
The NOW brand label says not to take if you're on BP meds [that would be me] so screw that idea I guess. No such warning with the Swanson brand.

When I was researching alternative ionophers that I could buy, which were safe, in addition to quercetin I ran across EGCG which is found in several natural sources, and as a supplement. Here is some information that leads me to the conclusion that for this, I should shy away from the higher amounts in supplements and stick to drinking green tea. https://www.nutraingredients.com/Ar...een-tea-supplements-should-come-with-warning#
In any case, if you take zinc regularly you will be in prime shape for a short (2-3 wk.) round of hydroxychloroquine or absent its availability quercetin, should you start to have covid 19 symptoms. The pump would be primed as it were. Did you watch the whole first video, or at least the interview? I recommend it.
