At the time, that was just my guess as I don't know the math.

68% of your shots should theoretically fall within +/- 1SD (ie 2*SD), 95% should fall within +/-2SD (4*SD)... 99.7%, +/-3SD (6*SD), etc.

So... all of your examples have the ES hovering around 4 times the SD, right on track
