EXD engineering scope level tool

I have one and consider it the Cadillac of scope mounting tools. If you have some way to hold the rifle that allows you to level it, and a plumb line to use as a reference to get the scope rotation right, you are all set. Alternately, a small level on the top of a turret or cap will get you pretty close. When it and the tool have their bubbles centered, you should be close enough for most applications.

That is exactly what I needed to know. I can meet the aforementioned criteria, so I reckon one will be on order. I'm a little neurotic when it comes to keeping things concentric. Having Used virtually everything except the Wheeler with good results. I ran across the exd leveling system today and figured I'd ask. Thanks.

I wouldn't try to mount a scope without it (now)... Use a rest that allows you to level the rifle with the tool and a plumb line to get the crosshairs perfectly aligned and you get a perfect mount every time. Fast, simple, and accurate, which is my criteria for a tool like this.
