Short story:
Gun is built for a guy 6.5 and factory lapua ammo runs great gun shoots excellent. He gets it all up and running "his loads" and boom piercing primers all over the place. A friend checks his stuff out and he is bumping the shoulders back more than .020! Also running a pretty hot load on top of that. He gets straightened out and my friend shows him what he was doing and everything was great. That is until he sized the brass again and only bumped it back .013 this time now half of the primers pierce when he shoots it.
Lesson some people need to stick to factory ammo!
