Erik Cortina's YouTube Channel

I think that she would have enjoyed it more if the stock had fit her better. Possibly not such a great angle of her body to the gun would have helped too. I know it's "Daddy's" rifle but she did really well once she knew what to expect when it fired. I do hope she stays with it. It is good to see father/daughter combos at matches.

We talked about getting her a shorter bag to lower the rifle. She had fun and keeps talking about practicing enough to shoot at 1,000 yards. :)

Erik--- I have subscribed to your channel. First channel on YouTube I have ever subscribed to.

Thanks for putting the time and effort into it to help us shooters.

Have you thought of doing a step-by-step video of your reloading technique(s)? Starting with brand new cases and working your way through case prep, bullet sorting, etc. might require more than 1 session but you may have techniques that others may want to emulate. Provided you don't mind sharing your secrets, that is!

Yes I have. Once I get done with all the tool reviews, I will move on to the reloading process. I will cover brass prep, neck turning, bullet sorting, rifle tuning, etc.

Just wanted to say thanks for all your time and effort you have put into this, and other threads on the forum. You really help people like myself out, by learning new ,or improving our techniques . It's all the people like you that make this site and the sport so good. K Redden

Nice work. Just looked at the die shim video. The white back ground tells the light meter you need less exposure. The auto expose makes the hands and parts appear dark. The light meter doesn't know what the subject is in the field of view. Look in the manual about how to manually adjust the exposure then take a few test shots and adjust accordingly. Try a gray background?

I just found the exposure compensation setting, I will try it next time. I think I will also use the white table to set the white balance. Thanks.

It could have been my headset... but this last video seemed to have audio issues cutting in and out?

It sure does. Thanks for the heads up. I'll check it tonight.

Phew! I've seen the old Winchester SilverTips do damage like that to elk but never would've of thought the A-Max would do that.
