EP annealer Upgrades

EP annealer upgrades. I mounted the torch permanently so it would be in the same position every time I anneal. I used and external tank as well. Also I mounted on aluminum plate and added a handle to be able to just pick up and move. It’s really a nice compact setup and very repeatable. I’ve done many .223 cases and it just works like a Champ. I highly recommend this machine. The best part it’s $268.00 to your door.

What did you use for the extension that holds the nozzle ?
I bored a piece of 1-1/4 aluminum on my lathe and just drilled and tapped for set screw both on top and bottom to hold it to 1/8 bottom bracket as well, it really came out nice

No skills or lathe, so I'll have to wonder around in HD or the hardware store. LOL

It's just a matter of finding a torch holder and then mounting to the annealer. Maybe some sort of flange pipe coupler with close to the right size hole to run the torch body thru and then some 1-1/2 alum flat stock 1/8 thick to mount to machine and a couple of sheet metal screws. Just a thought.

Hey, sorry to bring up an old thread, but you did a fantastic job on this!

I am looking at doing something similar and had a couple questions...are you using a 1 lb or 20 lb tank? What about a regulator? Where did you find the adapter hose? Any other advice? Thanks!
