I need to get some of those pickle forks right away for mine.
This information about a disk lug has me encouraged I can use barrels I have.
Amazingly from any angle, that juncture of the barrel and action is just not visible.
Those set screws I really didn’t want to alter, nor the others. I have an action tool that slips into the raceway at the front of the ejection port and the barrel could probably be removed with the gun in my barrel vice.
I had worried that with an unpinned lug, it might spin behind obstructions, and without a lug my barrels wouldn’t work.
