I always felt that fixed position neck turning was hard on brass. Have you checked concentricity before and after?

Absolutely! Consistently less than .001". Using virgin Norma brass. But all of that doesn't mean a thing if it doesn't hold center. I recently came in 3rd overall, F-Class (3 pts. off the lead...wind) at the California Long Range Championship. Unfortunately, precision ammo doesn't prevent you from being the wind monkey for the Match Winner shooting next to you.
