Egw scopes rings

Does anyone have experience with these? The other products i have gotten from them have been good and they say made in usa.

I will be buying their one-piece base for a Rem 788 XLA. It seems to be EGW (USA) or the Chinese.

EGW offers a lot of products, so I assume someone's buying them. Good enough for me and the reviews are good. :)

As their ad says, "Making chips in PA since..."
I use their one piece bases on all my rifles that accept them.
(Darn Ruger 77 MKII's are screwy)
Be aware, they are kinda tall. But it allows use of low rings through 50mm objective, and depending on barrel contour, larger.

I have several sets of their Keystone series of rings.
These things are seriously overbuilt!

If you buy base & rings at the same time, they take 10% off.

Order to delivery is usually within 3 days, but i live in PA so take it for what it's worth.

Thanks guys, I have several of their scope mounts and a beavertail for a 1911 and all have been nice parts. I guess I will get some rings from them.

I have known George (owner of EGW) for more years than I care to say. You will never get a subbed out part from George. I remember when George got his start with the famous Austin Behlert of 1911 fame. George is as American as they come. Great parts with a lot of thought put into it. You won't go wrong with anything that EGW has made.

Tommy Roupe, or as George nicknamed me, the Grip Guy !

George could and did build some very fine 1911's. He mentored under a great one. His quality goes into everything he designed and makes at EGW.

If you think about it ask him why he uses such a small Torx size on his rail screws? I always thought it might be to where the driver would fail instead of the screw if it was over torqued.
