Lead thrower
I ordered up an Edgewood bag here early last month, and yesterday it showed up on my doorstep. Was happy to see it show up well within slated time they'd told me. This is my first real rear bag and was quite impressed with the workmanship and quality of the finished product.
I realized however that the ears were the wrong material, not a big deal. I call the folks at Edgewood this morning and explained my minor problem. He quickly looked up my order and agreed that yes the wrong item had been shipped. They told me that a new one would be shipped out straight away and that they'll credit me for the shipping to return the product they sent me.
As far as customer service goes, these guys are top notch and I'll certainly buy from them again when a need for a new bag arises.
