Booger, that's all it is. Until they cut spending we are screwed. Cut the foreign aid imo.

Deficit spending is MOST DEFINITELY the source of this stimulation. However, if you take a look at the numbers foreign aid is a very small,large dollar value small in percentage terms) of U.S. spending. Besides most,over 80%) of the natural resources that we exploit in the U.S. come from less developed countries, so cutting them off is probably not a good idea. $3.50 a gallon is enough for me...

I don't know about you guys but I'm going to try to replace my ancient boiler. I scared the crap out of myself and called for a price on home heating oil, 3.90 a gallon. Thats with a .10 cent discount if paid within 10 days. So potentially $4.00 a gallon or $1000.00 for 250 gallons. The oil Co. said they anticipate $4.50 to $5.00 a gallon this winter.
