Dumb issue with FL sizing

Thanks man, but I think my posts are getting mis interpreted. I started off with the AR brass a few weeks ago when I first got the rifle just to shoot it while the new brass was being shipped. This weekend I shot the new Lapua in it and the die was doing the same thing to the lapua as it did with the AR brass. The new die is working fine and I got 20 of them resized and chamber fine without bumping the shoulder. Thanks for looking out for me though

Keith - going to comment w/i your post.

"Also, if you are firing AR brass, I would size it in a small base sizer right off the bat...spring back, and spring back happens over time also as the brass tries to "normalize" back to the larger dia of the AR chamber...can of worms in some brass. It is amazing to set the full length sizer up and size the brass where it chambers properly, then three weeks later the web dia has increased due to spring back over time."

Thanks Keith, had neither heard or thought of this.

"It would be real nice to have a Web sizer only the size of a small base die, size the brass with it, then use a normal full length sizer to push the shoulder back to the proper position. This would not over work the brass, and should increase BARREL life dramatically.".

Caps are mine. Don't you mean Brass? Or am I missing even more? See you soon.

We need web sizers made by the die makers bad in many cases.

I would sure like to see someone be able to mass produce these (cost effectively).
