American standard is the same as Trane. I always liked Trane when I did residential. Parts are expensive though. Sounds like a good for parts and labor for 10 years.@Mfitz717,
Well, the other 2 estimates came in today.
One company underbid the other 2 by $3,000.
80,000 BTU, 2 stage American Standard with ductwork and 10 years parts and labor for $11,399.
Guess who we are going with.
