He’s definitely amazing at what he does, whatever that is. We have an amazing dog in the house doing the same thing.
Monster just turned 16 just before Christmas. Trying to keep him comfortable till the end. He's got the heart of the 3 year old next to him, doesn't give her an inch either.

I have a rat terrier that does that, and she puts the blanket on herself! I'll see if I can find the video. Nobody believes it 'till they see it.

That’s funny, because this dog is a beagle/terrier mix and he does the same thing! He’ll get in the covers and roll/twist until they’re just the way he likes it. I don’t have a video, but would love to see yours! You gotta love dogs!

Meet Sid ,my wife picked him out of the litter before his eyes were open . 13th winter,he does not like it when it's 20 below zero any longer. Instead he likes the couch whilst listening to slow jazz these days. His special talent is love. Constant contact,whether you know you want it or not.

now thats what I call a DOGGIE-DOG.
When my lab (named Dos Fiel [basically, second faithful]) was just a few weeks old, she picked me out. Only God knows why. When I got her home, she wanted up on the couch with me. I had to help her 'load-up' on the couch and she would crawl up the cushions and lay behind my head.
at 9 months age, she went dove hunting for her first time. Of the 9 birds I shot, she retrieved 7 of them. Absolutely LOVED the one water retrieve.
She's been turkey hunting
And deer hunting
And even helps out with recycling soda bottles
She does sleep in some odd positions though
I find it rather amazing that a 70 lb dog can jump into the bed at night and NOT wake me up. No idea how many mornings I've awakened with her snuggled up by my side.
She travels with me almost everywhere.
