My first experience with forming 6PPC cases from 220 Russian. So step 1 is to expand the neck from .220" to .243". Did that and then made 1st pass through K&M neck turner. Side-by-side pic shown below.

As expected, the OAL decreased very slightly. What bothers me is the "coke bottle" shape of the shoulder. I'm assuming that sharpens up when the brass is fire formed in the 6PPC chamber. But I thought I would verify this assumption before proceeding.
Also, does the neck turn look to be deep enough into the shoulder? Without having a sharp and distinct junction and being new to this cartridge, I'm not certain.
