Does Lock-eze help with cold bore zero?

Does swabbing a freshly cleaned bore with Lock-eeze minimize first couple shots having a different poi? And does it help to prevent copper fouling? Thanks guys-

I use Lock Eze and have found it helps but some rifles require one or two fouling shots to get them back. Others dead on from the first shot. My .308 is in the first camp, my 6.5 Creedmoor the second.
