Does Lapua still drill their flash holes?

In Modern Advancements. Vol II, Bryan says that Lapua drills all of their flash holes instead of punching them. I have heard rumblings that this has recently changed. I currently use Lapua .260 cases. Does anyone know if Lapua currently drills their flash holes?

Pretty sure it's Norma that drills them

Brass would be $250 a box of 100 if the primer holes were drilled. They're all punched.
Drill motor would need to be running 30,000 RPM.

Bryan wrote an entire chapter on the subject in Modern Advancements in Long-range Shooting Vol II. It can make a difference.
