Does anybody know of a person at Nightforce that doesn't BS the customer?

I hate for a company to correct an obvious problem and then deny there was anything wrong.

I had a Leupold with an extremely stiff power ring. They fixed it without issue, and verified tracking, and returned it with a note that they found no issues. I appreciate no-questions asked warranty. But I also appreciate knowing what th actual issue was and what was done to correct it. It gives me a bit of extra reassurance if they fess-up and give me full disclosure.
 
Man looks like I won’t be purchasing a scope from Nightforce!! Spend a lot of money and have to deal with characters like that ! Thanks for the heads up..

Don't let this thread sway you from buying a NF scope, they are very good scopes.
That they have a customer service rep who shouldn't be in that position and the fact that they tell customers that no problem was found when a scope is sent in for repair but said scope magically fixes itself during the shipping back to the customer leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth.
 
That’s not the first story I have heard of these big companies that have a good product , but fall short on there customer service.. That gets me bitter and the fact that there are other upcoming and better customer based companies, that gets my business. That’s just the way I am..Don’t get me wrong I will purchase a used Nightforce eventually but I think I’ll try Vortex with there no nonsense warranty..But thanks I appreciate your response..plus the fact is , without the shooters there won’t be no scope business..
 
Yup, Vortex has great service.......The first time you send a scope back. I had a "problem"GE that I sent back three times. The first time I had a new scope in hand in 4 days! Oh yea! The second time they did the Nightforce thing and kept it for 4 weeks and told me it was fine. The third time, after a sudden 6moa point of impact shift they kept it for 6 weeks and told me it was fine again. I now shoot a Trujicon 5-50x56. And yes, it is imo a lot better scope for not a lot more money. (but then again, you can do that "not a lot more money" thing all the way to a March!)

OK! There are 50K members on this site now. Bound to be a few problems with customer service. I was just on the Nightforce site today to find out how much elevation was in my Benchrest scope. When I first logged in I got a pop up stating a lot of their people were working off their location and please be patient if someone didn't answer right away.
 
Wow!!!! First I herd of this. I have used their CS 4 times and not bc I needed it to but every 2k-10k rounds I'll send in my scopes and pay the money to make sure they are tracking and returning to zero as perfectly as possible. Have NF "kick the tires" so to speak. NEVER had an issue, not one.
JMO, but people, especially on here are VERY SENSITIVE about scopes in particular. Relax and make an honest evaluation of the situation-is it you? Most cases it's me when I look back.
I truly hope it gets fixed.
