I am building a 338 Edge for a customer. I needed some 300Remington Ultra Mag brass and 300 Grain Berger bullets. After doing some searching "MidwayUSA's" website indicated they had the products. On December 10, 2010, I placed an internet order. I got an imediate e-mail from MidwayUSA that my order had been received and was being processed. Yesterday, December 22, 2010, I had still not gotten my order so I called MidwayUSA. The girl on the other end researched my order and said both products were out of stock. They expected the 300 Ultra Mag brass on December 31, 2010 and the Berger Bullerts were expected toward the end of February 2011. Midway had not notified me that either of these products were being back ordered. I specifically asked when I ordered if they had the products in stock and was assured that they had the product. This is the second company that has misled me about a product they did not have in stock. If a company does not have a product they should be honest and tell the customer up front. I will think twice before ordering from MidwayUSA again.
