Looking for advice on a digital trigger pull gauge from those of you that have used them.
I am looking at this Lyman:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00162QGLS/?tag=accuratescom-20
And the wheeler:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B7OYTNQ/?tag=accuratescom-20
Any info or comparisons of both from end users is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

). The Lyman compares VERY favorably to it at a much cheaper price. The pointer gauge does beat it in the under 3oz range but above that the Lyman is pretty much dead on. Regardless of the gauge the user must be very repeatable in the angle and consistency of the pull force to get repeatable readings. In addition the contact between the device and the trigger must be in the same spot each time to be accurate; the 'lever arm' will change if the contact point on the trigger changes between tests.
