Denver MXX-123 scale repair

Now that Denver is gone, does anyone have any experience in getting
repairs for the MXX-123 scale ?

Edit: Replacement could be a better option. Any recommendations ?

Back in yesteryear, after I had just received my new Denver Instrument APX-153 from DI, it needed to be returned for a minor issue. I contacted DI customer services and the nice lady provided shipping instructions back to DI. Off it went, and later it came back in a return package marked from "Sartorius".

Get the hint? Try out Sartorius for repair. Now, for my "bulky" DI APX-153, I would not be willing to replace it with any of the newer scales.

The person I talked to a Sartorius told me-----no repairs, this unit was designed to be an expendable item.
