Hey guys,

For us Deep Cr wannabees, can you post a quick synopsis of the current rule set, classes, course of fire, typical round count or what-to-bring or how-we-run-things? I shoot a lot of short range BR, but have only attended 2 LR events -- NBRSA 600/1000 Nats at Sacramento and Byers 9-10 years ago. I've got an action on the way for a LR gun (finally!) and will try to make at a least a match or two this summer (coming from Sheridan WY).

(Shameless plug: I'm running the NBRSA matches in Billings this year at the Yellowstone Rifle Club -- you're all invited there too!)

Rod, we shoot a 2 target agg. So Saturday you will shoot 2 lg targets (5 shots) and 2 hg targets (10 shots). If you use 5 shots for sighters for each target thats 50 rounds. Sunday is the same. So a minimum of 100 rounds for the weekend. Be there by 730 both days for the shooters meeting and if possible let Shawn or Lonnie know ahead of time your coming to get you on the schedule for bench assignment. Or show up Friday and let someone know your coming.

well INTJ that depends on the "dip shit" Tom Mousel is in charge of the dip shit ooommeeter... who is added or removed and for how long Lol.. Coming out to try the new rules after stepping back about 8 years ago.Wow 4" forearm,5 shots instead of 10.Should be interesting...new rough stock just arrived today( 8 days late). Had to go to plan B two days ago...Bat SV , 3" forearm Koa Tracker stock been putting finish on,add a 4" plate,put barrel on SV,cant use new Bat B DP till April Match,always something to keep you on your toes!
