I may sound harsh, but this is the way of the world. Children are supposed to bury their parents, never the other way around. I know your pain and sadness as I have lost both of mine. Rest assured that the feelings you have now will lessen. It won't be today, but they will subside. Your dad would be happy that you understand. My heart and prayers are with you and yours.
