Hi all. Been a lurker here for a while.
I hope this is the right forum for this question ...
Not too long ago I purchased an Annie annealer from Fluxeon, an outfit based out of San Diego, CA.
I unboxed it and annealed 12 cases (with a long pause in between cases) before it went frankenstein on me. The right side coil made a big spark (burn mark on the coil wire).
After that, the unit would not function. I called Fluxeon and they instructed me to ship the unit back for repair.
Which I did several weeks ago.
I've received no communications from the company regarding the status of the unit. I've made several calls (left voicemails) and emails. No reply whatsoever.
Should I be worried? I heard it was just two guys running the place, but I'm starting to get a little antsy.
Any feedback appreciated.
Thanks.
