Anyone know Garett Churchill with Fluxeon (Annie)

I sent my Annie in upon the request of Mr. Churchill with Fluexon due to my unit needing a timer board. I have emialed Garett several time with no response. My unit was delivered on 10/20/2023 to his business. Just curious has anything happened to him or the business.

I was an early Annie customer, and Garrett was frequently tough to get in touch with.
BUT it was because he was busy, and getting his vendors to deliver and getting units assembled.
I believe him to be trustworthy and he delivered everything he promised to me.
It will take a bit of patience on your part, and you will be happy with your Annie.

Good things take time. I have had to send my unit back for an upgrade and one time for a repair. I think it’s a small business, so sometimes it takes a little longer.
I think he’s a good guy be patient

Its hunting season down this way, I assume it is still going on in many states. Could explain his absence.
