at precisely 2AMDaylight Savings Time ... Many of us will turn our clocks forward on Sunday.
Its all about simply adjusting the active part of our day into“Only government think cutting 1 foot from bottom of blanket and sewing to top of blanket give you longer blanket.”
bah humbug! As I remember, when I was a child during the second world war, daylight savings time was instituted in order to provide more daylight in the evenings.
I don't like the change at all.
I'm just the opposite. I have no problem sleeping when it'sI’ve always called it Govt Mind Control Time. I hate it! I prefer to have the light in the morning. When I was part of the working class, it always sucked trying to go to bed and sleep when it was still light out.
And here I thought I was the only one who did that !. Went to a bar the day I retired, ordered a beer, asked the barkeep for a hammer, went outside, laid that $4.00 watch on the sidewalk, and smacked it. It gets better... because it no longer matters the day or what time it is. Wouldn't trade it for my youth either.I am retired. I just leave mine set to whatever time all year. Tossed my watch on the dresser the day I quit working. Eat when hungry sleep when tired.
