Dasher Loose pockets, expanded case heads, Culling?

OK I goofed. I had some that were a bit hot in my attempt to get a barrel shooting. These cases are on 3rd some on 4th firing. I have about 30 that Need to get to the fourth. But when I was decapping I noticed some of the pockets were noticeably looser than others. So I started measuring the heads and all of the loose ones are a little bigger but I have some that are big that are not loose. Do I toss the loose ones, try and see if they shoot together or toss the whole lot and start fresh? I am still in development but have it narrowed way down. 95 cases total. This is for 600yd IBS shooting same gun in both classes. I like to go preloaded with about 90 rds. But If I have to I can load at the match if I'm short on cases. What would you do?

I'm not concerned as long as the primers stay in when you tap them on the loading bench.

I would toss them. I had the problem last year and I ended up shooting them another round or two before the primers started to fall out in the chamber. I had to end a competition early because I had primer particles in my chamber. I found the cause of this was the federal primers. They are alot thinner than most. I currently shoot cci br's and they are working great.
