Savage has adapted its award-winning Impulse straight-pull action for PRS/NRL/Tactical use.
The new Impulse Elite Precision has an MDT ACC chassis and features a switchable ambidextrous bolt set-up with 26" barrel for standard calibers and 30" barrel for the magnums.

The new Savage Impulse Elite Precision has a $2649 MSRP for 6mm Creedmoor, 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC, and .308 Win. The .300 PRC, .300 Win Mag, and .338 LM versions have a $2849. Unfortunately both prices put the rifle out of PRS Production Class based on 2021 rules.
This video shows details of the stock and action:

There seems to be quite a lot of interest in this rifle -- it is one of the most popular Bulletin stories of 2022.
