DA pointing a gun at jurors?

To say I was shocked to see the DA pointing the gun (with finger on the trigger) at the jurors in the Rittenhouse trial would be a understatement. It would have been impossible for me to sit there quietly and not voice my opinion. We have all seen some very stupid things in 2020-2021 but this has got to be in the top ten.

It was all theater to influence the Jury on how it was for the “victims” in their last moments of life. Defense should have objected on the grounds of unduly influencing the jury…they could be next if their decision is not the “right” one once the trial is over. A dumbass move with his finger on the trigger…he did not even clear the bolt to determine if a live round was not in the chamber…hello Alex Baldwin. The bolt should have been removed from the weapon before the antics of the Prosecution. The judge should have removed the jury and chastised him to a verbal dress down. Not sure it could not be another reason to add to the other reasons for a mistrial or definitely for the basis of an appeal. I think it will be a hung jury…..lots of missteps by everyone in this trial leading to appeals or a mistrial.

Both sides handled the AR. Defense had police check to see if firearm was clear and he pointed AR with finger straight out. Prosecutor, well you know. An absolute circus. I would have to agree that the system is broken.

This case even being in front of a jury should tell you it's not about self-defense. This is a test of OUR resolve of remaining a country guided by the constitution. A small democrat controlled city was allowed to burn until the true terrorists/anti constitution activists were confronted. When the paid criminal community activist(pedophile) singled out and isolated from the group THE YOUNGEST MALE (males were his previous victims) he tried to take the rifle and got shot. This was exactly what BLM and the democrats wanted(violence, with a firearm) remember Kamala raising money for bail for criminals "protesting". The left continues to call this a racial case, even though all the actors are/were white. This should demonstrate to everyone the intellectual level of the left's base.
