Sorry for any confusion. I have two CZ 527 in Kevlar stock. The first is an early model CZ 527 .223 Varmint that came from factory with the HS Precision stock, the second is a American that I rechambered in 300BO and purchased a B&C Kevlar stock for it. For past +10 years B&C has been providing the Kevlar stocks that CZ uses on their factory rifles. The HS Precision and B&C stock are identical in dimension and finish. The only notable difference is the recoil pad on the HS Precision stock says HS Precision in the rubber.oso did I read your post right your rifle had the newer cz bolt and it’s a Kevlar ? I thought the newer style came out around 2017 and Kevlar were discontinued years before that.
reason I ask is I’m trying to get my hands on a newer bolt handle for my Kevlar but not having any luck
He may have put a newer barreled action in an aftermarket “Kevlar” stock; Bell and Carlson still offers them, but not sure about HS Precision, who I believe was also a vendor for that stock when C-Z offered that Varmint variation. I have one of the original Kevlar 527 rifles, and I ordered a new-style handle for it from CZ first thing after buying it used. Was surprised how slight the difference in the bend radius and length between the original and new one was, but it was enough to give clearance between the scope’s ocular bell and bolt handle when lower ringmounts were used.oso did I read your post right your rifle had the newer cz bolt and it’s a Kevlar ?
