CZ 527 true or false shoulder on barrel

Looking for some CZ 527 information , removing barrel ( 7.62 x 39 ) and installing a 6 PPC , If i square the face of the action , can i ether make a false shoulder on the barrel or can i make it so i can head space off the shoulder as long as i stay within a thou or less of the the way the CZ head spaces off the back of barrel .

I head space the mauser type actions off of the shoulder then cut the tenon .002 longer than the depth to the ring in the action so it touches. How I was taught they shoot well.

I have made a action truing mandrel for CZ 527. I cut the face true on all CZ 527 actions and make the shoudler on the outside of the action. I like this design over the CZ factory inside shoudler. I can leave barrel shank alittle bigger. I leave just a few thousandths short from touching inside shoulder. It works get.
