CZ 527 American S.O.S

So..I just got to the rande and there is something weird I have never experienced before with my CZ 527 American
When I close my Bolt the firing pin drops and I cannot engage of safety , when I open the bolt I can engage of safety ..something is backwards
Last time I use the gun it was fine..shot it and put it back in my safe..got to the range today and this happens
What gives..
All I can think of is something got squashed when I shut the safe door

Sear is not catching the cocking piece. Check the engagement of your sear thru the round window on the side of your trigger mechanism. Make sure the cocking piece (upper piece) can be moved with your finger before cocking. Perhaps some grit made it into the trigger. Clean with lighter fluid squirted liberally into the mechanism. Sear adjustment is not difficult, instructions are in your owners manual (or at least they used to be). Pull weight and over-travel adjustments are there as well as is the single set trigger adjustment. If you have never adjusted a trigger before, have chat with your gunsmith.

That is just what it was..I'm so happy nothing was damaged..I need to readjust my trigger ..but for now I'm up and running
