CZ 457 MTR (MATCH)

Anyone know if the stock cheek rest is of the type that curvers over at the top and is hollow on the backside. I ask because I shoot lefthanded and all my rifles are righthanded. As you know, many stocks with a built cheek piece are hollow on the other side and this doesn't work for me.

Thanks
Tom

Just looked at the CZ-USA website. The MTR does not have an adjustable cheek piece so you could make what ever you like. Any stock maker could install the hardware to make a thumb screw adjustable rest or, if you are handy, make the cut and install the hardware yourself.
It's a lovely stock. Been trying for a couple of years now to get one for my 527 without having to buy a whole new rifle.

Thanks for the info. I don't really need an adjustable cheek. Just wondering if the other side is contoured flat or concave. Pictures don't show. Going to use for 100 yard bench and perhaps 100 yard F

I'm a lefty with an MTR. The cheek piece is fine but the grip isn't. The grip is right handed only.

I wish they'd made the stock ambi.
