CZ 457 MTR ACTION SCREWS

We have a lot of MTR's none bedded---if you look in there --not a lot to be bedded--so we shoot them as they come--they are very sensitive to screw tq--ours all shoot the best with 20 front and rear--I have one that is hard to tell between 20-25 but 4 others love 20. They do this month in month out the weather does not change where they like it--
I find the factory fasteners are just fine --zero issues
I use a 5 year old Fat Wrench--is it accurate? Oh I doubt it and don't think Boeing will be using any --does it repeat and do the job? It sure does based on my results and targets.
Yes...these results repeat
 
So what setting would you say this is set at? It’s kinda hard to determine where the line should fall.
