CZ 455 Varmint

That target is strictly a function test.Has nothing to do with the guns accuracy.Check the torque settings on the action and bbl.
Also on the stock bolts. A friend did a test where he changed torque on the action screws and shot groups. He found gold but it took a bit of patience and torque settings different for front/back screws.
I own two 455's. One is a stock tactical model and the other is all trick with AT-One stock and Fedderson barrel. Both are 22LR and I'm happy with both. Sorry Fedderson quit selling barrels for the 455 though. Good stuff and the price was right.

After I glass bedded it and upgraded the trigger spring there was a very slight improvement all around but still nothing to be happy about. Also played with the action screws torque setting a bit with no improvement either. Can't think of anything else to try but my guess is it must be the barrel. Since I have already ordered a 22LR barrel/mag kit I'll see what it can do before I bring it up to their customer service.

My CZ 455 in 17 HMR and one of a few coyotes it has taken so far. Works very well on called in or spotted yotes with in 100 yrds. (posted as I am playing with showing photos)

I have the 455 in 22, 22mag & 17 HMR. I prefer the 17 over the other 2. The 17 is suppressed, Timney trigger and Manners stock. Shooting sage rats it is great, very accurate and reliable.

I have a 17hmr suppressed, but after shooting sub sonic 22lr suppressed, 17hmr sounds like a cannon.
Oh, I still throw the can on the 17, while it can't do anything to silence mach1, it makes up for in looking cool on the gun. It does reduce noise but did I mention it looks cool?

I have a 455, LUX, in 22 MAG and a 17 barrel. Love the 22 mag, but the 17 is more accurate.. I swap em back and forth a few times a year.

I bought a used 455 Varmint in 22 Mag, for rabbit hunting and occasional predator hunt, mainly for fox and bobcat but wanted enough for a close in coyote(under 100 yards). I'm not real happy with the groups yet about 1 1/2" at 100 Yard with Win 40gr jacketed HP's. Upon cleaning it I'm going on 4 days of cleaning and still getting black crap out of it.

My biggest complaint is cleaning it, the ejectors are tearing up my 22 cal rods. I tried a 17 cal rod and that was better but the 17 to 22 adaptor still hangs up on the ejectors using a PH_92 bore guide. Anyone have a cure. I did have to radius the entrance of the chamber to keep from shaving the bullet while chambering.

I have a spring kit coming, trigger is heavy now but crisp.
