I have seen it listed but never saw anybody that had it. I am big on quality brass but not sure about the thicker brass in this caliber. I want to try some Nosler then make a decision. Every brand that I have tried w/o annealing has split when fire formed.

A1680 with 20gr vmax has been my choice for about 12 years. 3400fps does a number on ground squirrels, I find it a little small for anything bigger, but I have taken a couple coyotes with it. Mine is a cooper m38, I have shot numerous 3 shot groups under 1/2". Its my favorite ground squirrel round.

I have had no issue with hornady brass, but I uniform and deburr flash holes, uniform primer pockets, chamfer the case mouth, then neck down using a forming die, then a FL die, then anneal, load, fireform, reload, fire again, then trim, chamfer case mouth as 17 cal, double check primer pocket is uniform and then anneal every 3rd firing or so. Using h4198 and 20gr nosler varmageddons. Fantastic accuracy!
