Had an on/off switch go bad on my Rotary Case Tumbler Lite. The company woould not sell me the switch and sent me an entire unit instead....UNREAL!! Excellent customer service.

Excellent! Its great to hear that companies step up and do the right thing. Not handling one bad switch could cost you a lot of customers on the fence about buying a brand/product. Glad this worked out for @Mr. Ten-X

Lyman electric powder measure broke a wire wanted to send it back to get it fixed they refused t0 and said well just sell you a new 0ne I said not interested in any more Lyman products. T00k it to and electronics repair shop and had to pay to have it soldered myself. Don't buy Lyman China trash.

Likely more because they're made out of country and shipped in as a unit. FA won't have parts, so the warranty repair is to ship a new box.

I had a Piledriver bullet puller lose the nut that holds a knob on. They (eventually) shipped a whole new cartridge carrier rather than just the hardware I asked for (the carrier is sold retail as a replacement part.) That came out of the packaging and immediately got loctited.

That said, at least they took care of your problem. They did mine as well, though it took about 3 weeks.
