Custom 22LR build help

I am considering building a 22LR full custom. Mostly for my own enjoyment. I guess i would want to go as accurate as I could get and I would assume a Bench Rest Rifle. I would mostly shoot it from the bench as I have many Hunting 22's.
I was thinking the Turbo Action as kind of the best most accurate Rimfire action on the planet . ?
I don't know what barrel ? Chamber ? what Smith's do this kind of work.
Stock I don't know what stocks I like. I was always fond of a Mcmillian Hunter benchrest stock feel and ability to shoot as accurate as a 3" from a good bag set up. I would guess a BR stock.

Barrel tuner or no ?
I have built many custom centerfire BR and Hunting/varmint rifles but never had ever even considered building a 22LR So I am at a loss of what components to look at or for. I look at this as a maybe long term project.

Go to some local ARA/ABRA/PS150 matches, and talk to the shooters. Some will probably offer you a test drive.

There is a complete set up on rimfire accuracy. He's in Virginia.

"turbo rifle built by Richard Gorham .It has one of Flash's early two lug action. Jewell Trigger. Heralds tuner, Shilen ratchet barrel installed by Allan Blevins with extra barrel that was installed by Gorham. Less than a brick of ammo shot through new barrel.
Rifle has a Leaupold 45 power scope. Mcmillin full fill stock.
2100.00 for rifle with extra barrel. Ratchet barrel on rifle with extra ratchet barrel.
leaupold scope 850.00
Rest 750.00 wwith roller top and nice case
Flags 200.00 for 4 with one extra thrown in.

Small stuff: cleaning rods bolt tool New shooting stool lots small extras. 300.00

2500x action right bolt left port easy loading! Randy Owens stock comes pre bedded all the work is done. my preference would to have a tuner only if I wanted to enter matches. They clamp on you can add one at any time. Heralds tuner get black so you can read the hatch marks easy. Timney 2oz trigger. Cliff Arnold makes a great one piece roller top rest. Barrel is Another can of worms basically it’s whoever shooting best with whatever barrel at the time.

I build on several 2500x and vudoo single shots actions in my shop every year. I think the Turbo is a fine action as well but they aren't as smooth as the others two. I love it when folks call and want the most accurate action. I immediately ask what's their game of choice or how they plan to use the rifle. I then explain Yes, the action plays a roll no question, but the barrel and chamber work is the bigger key! A lot of folks dont think you can have true benchrest accuracy with a repeater. I would even mostly agree but not completely.
I build a lot of RimX rifles and i even own a couple that shoot "Benchrest Accurate" The rimX is my favorite repeater by far. I say this from a machinist gunsmithing point of view. I do enjoy shooting mine very much as well! Vudoo actions are also top notch, i just hate cutting extractor grooves for them. They can shoot crazy good though.
I know im rambling here, so my point is i guess. The action is only a small part of the total equation. Keep in mind im only speaking of the top tier custom action. They all are mostly good and yes they all have their short comings too. I dont know of a perfect rimfire action just yet. I would venture to say if it wasn't for their paper thin extractor cuts to the chamber wall, the vudoo single shot would be the closest. A 2500x pretty hard to beat as well!
