0.1 accuracy and will most times tell you when it is under over by .1
for real accuracy 0.02 or better the a and d fx120i is the way to go. since you are low volume you do not need the add on hardware

You can use the link without an app. I take mine to load at the range when working on ladders and such and it works like the Chargemaster Lite did.
