Consensus on tuners?

IMO tuners are aids for the top tier shooters. If one has to ask about them then he ain't there yet. Understanding what they can do is part of the process of getting to that top level. Using one won't get you there, it can only keep you there.

Your last sentence is gold. Tuners are like flags in that you have t.o jump in and get your feet wet in order to learn. I could still shoot well with out a tuner but not without flags. The tuner helps you stay where you got with a properly developed load and flags.
