Concentricity Problems

Just started shooting a 6.5 WSSM this year at 1k.,light gun) In checking runout of loaded rounds I find .006 to .010 T.I.R.
Using Redding Type S bushing dies for decapping and neck sizing.
These are 6.5 x 243 WSSM dies. I use 25 WSSM cases. A 25 WSSM body die is used to bump the shoulder and size the body. The problem appears to be that the base of the case is about .004 dia. smaller than the die opening. A layer of .002 thick scotch tape makes the case fit properly, fireformed cases). I,m sure this slop in these dies is the problem. The compition style dies are not available in this wildcat yet. No such problem with my 6BR with compitition dies from Redding.
I'm considering opening up the seating die with carbide tooling and pressing in a bushing to fit the sized cases and better align the case for bullet seating.
Is there a better or easier way to do this.

Jerry,

For about $75, Hornady can make a custom full-length die from your fired cases and/or reamer print. Scott Parker recently did this for his BRX and was very pleased with the result. He spec'd the die to size the neck for .002" tension, but you could leave the neck open and size with bushings if you want more neck control.

Here's what Scott Posted: "The die was $75 I think. The turn around time was about a month. They have a copy of my reamer print. They also used my fired cases. The Gentleman's name is Lonnie Hummel. The die sizes the brass .001" at the base, .0015" at the shoulder and bumps the shoulder .002". I now have a one die process that is perhaps as close to perfect as available.
