Is everything level (firing point , bore center-line, Target orientation,..etc.) ?

OP: Have you verified your scope's tracking through the elevation range you used?

If you input the data into another ballistics app and they are very close then we are back to something wrong with the data. If your click values prove to be correct, I would check your velocity with another chronograph. My money is on incorrect velocity. At some point it becomes a process of elimination. Good luck and keep us posted.

I would have to agree the velocity is incorrect. Probably reads 38 not 34.
Could you post a picture of your target please with a ruler. Thanks
