Competition Electronics DLX

I bought my second Competition Electronics chrono. I have a fetish for data collection and digital transfer. Both chronographs work up to my standard.

However, I find the data transfer as a CSV file a bit arduous and complicated, if I can even get it to load by an Excel sheet. Have others found any secrets that work smoothly? I got it done 1 time, but not again, and I do not know why not? Thanks

It has the ability to import from a variety of different sources.
