Good point Bob. Actually Bob my mix is a 64 oz bottle, 3 cans of GM, 1 can of Kroil, and fill what's left of the bottle with white ammonia. Shake well before you pour, might last a year or so.
My wife is a Clinical Chemist. I pass all my solvent formulas across her thoughts before I proceed. She always says the same thing base will not react with a base. Good enough for me.
One thing that was interjected about running Sweet's in a barrel wet with Shooters Choice. Never tried that. Sweet's is my second last procedure and my barrel is bone dry when I use Sweet's. After Sweets I run 2 wet patches of old Hoppes through and patch out before I take the gun to the range.
I see no need to keep strokin the pig on this one, you guys can have what's left.
