Cleaning rod question

I have a Tipton one piece rod (20 Cal) that is a bit short and would like to know if anyone makes a fitting to add to the rod.
I have searched all the web sites I could find but without any luck.

You are probably better off buying a new rod. Especially on a skinny 20 cal rod. Matt

What I want is a 44" 20 cal rod and seems to be a bit hard to find or not made at all.

+1 for Dewey, but their website only shows up to 42" in 20 cal.
