I'm guessing you are using corn cob media? That stuff compresses into the flash holes. Crushed walnut shells don't compress and there is very little - if any - flash hole cleaning to do. The walnut stuff doesn't get as bright of a polish job as compared to corn cob - but it does clean the cases just as well. I won't use corn cob media for that reason. A round tooth pick works pretty well and no scratching. For large quantities I like to tumble before sizing so that the brass is clean before going into my dies and then after to remove the Imperial lube.
Anyone got an easy way to get the media out of the flash holes?
I do this too and already fried the first gyro.I clean outside only with scotch bright leave carbon inside the necks for lubrication and uniform seating pressure

How long do you leave your brass in the vibrator? They say cleaning brass is a waste of time, doesn’t make you shoot better. They are probably right, but it makes me feel better.
I dont mind the 3 minutes it takes me to dump brass in the vibrator or the 3 minutes to get it out.
Sometimes an hour, sometimes 24 if I forget. How long do you leave your brass in the vibrator?
Depends on when I put it in the vibrator. I have no set hours I run it. If I throw it in at night I get it out the next day if I remember. I try to clean it after a match so it will be ready before I need to load again. How long do you leave your brass in the vibrator?
This isn’t range brassthis is my match brass. Been fired 7 barrels worth. Anneal, lube, size, wipe off, load….

not sure, it's been a while...PMA Tool maybeWhat chuck is that?
Try a Lee Universal Three Jaw Chuck with the adapter stud. I have 2 of them and after using one to process 5 thousand rounds plus and neck turn 800 rounds of brass the first one is still working. I have not had to open the second one. Probably less than $20 now. What chuck is that?
