Tell him to call his pilot and have the jet fuelled up and he can be in the US in about 12 hours…

I believe the guy in Dubai is author of the article "test of 55 varieties of 22 lr" that appears on this web site that was done in about 2000, so he has plenty of experience. However, this is a new test.
