Is there a chart available online that shows specific moa and/or mil " come ups " for long range shooting or is it only all inclusive to an App ? I realize it would only be good for standard conditions and zero sea level.

Any ballistic app needs good inputs that include the current atmospheric conditions, bullet BC, and muzzle velocity. Without those, it's a crude guess, at best. You can input the necessary values yourself and format a printable output however you like here:
