How to True Trajectory Drop Charts for 7mm Rem Mag

I have the following actual field POI numbers for a 7mm Rem Mag. I'm using Strelok Pro software and can't get the drop charts to match up real well. Compared to what the software is telling me, I either have a higher POI at 100yds (about 0.75") or a lower POI at 391 yards (about 3-4").

.284 caliber
160gr Nosler AB bullet G1 BC 0.531

Avg fps at 55-57 degrees 2,741 (StDev 23.21)
Avg fps at 57-59 degrees 2,767 (StDev 20.29)

100 yard (+1.69 inch vertical POI)
200 yard zero (+0.39 inch vertical POI)
287 yard (-6.18 inch vertical POI)
391 yard (-19.26 inch vertical POI)

I've played with the Trajectory Validation options (both velocity and BC) and still can't get it real close, I'm not even sure on how close would be reasonable and sufficient. Wondering if any of you much more knowledge folks would have any insight for me. I just want some accurate drop charts and POI distances for the hold overs in my reticle. Thanks.

Yes, the numbers were sorted. Here they are as fired. I'm somewhat new to reloading so the large ES did not raise any concerns with me initially. My groups are all sub-MOA with these numbers from 100yds to 391yds. I'm using CCI large rifle magnum primers. I do try to let the barrel cool as much as I can between shots, but sometimes I probably should let it cool more than I actually do. This leads me back to maybe there's issues with my Chrony...??? If these numbers were so bad, should I still be able to shoot very nice groups like I am? I'm very puzzled by all this as I've been shooting some of the best groups of my life with this rifle with these loads...

One thing to rember. Your reticles are calibrated at a certain power setting.
Be sure you know this setting for your scope before calculating your hold off.
It will be different for each power setting outside of the factory calibration.
