chargemaster /vibratory

I just bought a chargemaster combo and haven't used it yet. Do i need to set it on a seperate table as my vibratory case cleaner?

Yes. Put your vibratory tumbler on the floor, or better yet out in the garage where the noise/vibration won't affect anything or annoy anyone.

Just a couple of thoughts on your charge master.

I struggled with mine drifting, over charging etc...

I finially wiped every thing including everthing inside the hopper with a antistatic dryer sheet. Sprayed antistatic on a pipe cleaner and ran that thru the powder tube.

I rarely get drift but do get it, occasionally, not sure why, draft, not smooth with pan...Have used the 10-10 to weight charges and can not see any difference of charge.

The straw trick really helped stop over charges but they do occur now and then. I dump some off the pan and hit the trickle button to bring it back up to weight.

Just some thoughts to save you some knocks in the school of hard knocks.

You need a separate bench to set the Chargemaster up on - neither will it appreciate being on the same bench as your loading press. Any digital scale/balance unit will benefit from being set up on a stable surface - one that's not subject to drafts from your heating or a/c vents, nor in a position to be affected by air movements through an open window.
